We offer three methods of shipping:
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days
- Express: 1 to 2 business days
Orders placed before 2pm ET Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed after 2pm ET Monday through Friday or on the weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.

US Orders
We offer three methods of shipping:
- Economy: 5 to 8 business days Free
- Standard: 3 to 4 business days $6.90
- Express: 1 to 2 business days $9.90
Orders that are less than $50 will have an additional $10 fee added to their shipping cost.
International Orders
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout based on your shipping address.

We know how nosy neighbors can be so we pack your orders in nondescript envelopes and boxes. Our Jolly Joys will not appear on the outside of the box. The name of the shipper will simply say "JJ Products"
Once your order is shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email.
Due to nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Once our products leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vibrators And Dildos
- Douche/Enema Kits
- Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs
- Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
- Gags And Ropes
- Lingerie And Men's Wear
- Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
